SHREVEPORT, La. – The time is now to apply for one of Amazon’s new positions at the Shreveport location. Applicants must pass a background check and a drug screening, and do not need prior experience or a resume.
Amazon will train workers to learn everything they need to know to become a part of the team.
Over 1,000 positions need to be filled in the coming months from delivery drivers to airport associates. Four hundred jobs are now available with up to 400 new jobs being posted every Friday.
Starting pay is at $17 an hour and Amazon offers flexible schedules for part-time, seasonal, or full-time employees. They also offer tuition assistance for any employee in good standing who has worked over 90 days.
