Job fair in Zachary to connect residents in rural areas with employers May 15

ZACHARY, La. (WAFB) – If you’re looking for a career change, there’s a job fair happening in Zachary on Wednesday, May 15 that could give you the opportunity to do so.

EmployBR and the Louisiana Workforce Commission, in partnership with Councilmember Brandon Noel, will host the Rural Area Job Fair for residents living in the Chaneyville/Zachary communities. The initiative aims to connect local residents with job opportunities and resources closer to home.

The event will take place from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Chaneyville Community Center. The address is 13211 Jackson Road in Zachary.
