Justin Timberlake Addresses DWI Arrest During Concert

Justin Timberlake addressed his “tough week” at his first concert since his DWI arrest. The singer alluded to his arrest while speaking to the audience during his Chicago concert. “We’ve been together through ups and downs, lefts and rights. It’s been a tough week, but you’re here, and I’m here,” said Timberlake. The crowd responded with a standing ovation, and the singer added, “I’m hard to love sometimes but you keep loving me right back.” The ‘Mirrors’ singer was recently arrested on suspicion of driving in an “intoxicated condition” in New York. He was charged with running a stop sign and failing to stay on the right side of the road, and was later released without bail. Timberlake, whose next court date has been scheduled for July 26, is currently on his North American tour.
