Katy Perry stuns wearing a ‘geometric naked dress’ at Paris fashion event

Katy Perry embodied the lyrics to her upcoming new single, “Woman’s World,” when she made an appearance at Vogue magazine’s Vogue World event in Paris on June 23.

The singer stunned on the runway in a Noir Kei Ninomiya dress with geometric cutouts and floral details around the skirt, wowing the guests at the venue, Place Vendôme. Stars like Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and more also modeled at the event.

Perry, 39, posted a behind-the-scenes video from the event on TikTok, seemingly just after she finished her runway walk.

“I modeled it. It was giving … I was giving. I modeled. Anna (Wintour) said model, and I said, ‘Mmm,'” she said as she pursed her lips together and took a sip of Champagne.

The former “American Idol” judge showed off her outfit, which Vogue described as a “geometric naked dress,” posing in front of several Parisian backgrounds on Instagram, where she also shared a video from before her walk on the runway.

Perry could be seen speaking to FKA twigs and Cara Delevingne, who were giving her advice on how to sport the dress.

“Just make sure it’s not like, dead behind the eyes. No, make sure it looks like you’re going somewhere, but not in a pop star way,” FKA twigs said.

Perry responded: “I’ve only ever been a pop star?”

The trio broke into laughter before Perry tested her new walk across the room. FKA twigs coached her through the walk with several encouraging expletives, before she suggested, “A bit more work in the shoulders, maybe.”

Delevingne added Perry’s walk should be more like “a tiger,” before she started shouting over how much she loved it.
