Kelsea Ballerini Ends Legal Dispute With Fan Who Leaked Her Music

Kelsea Ballerini has settled a lawsuit against a fan accused of stealing and leaking her unreleased music. Ballerini sued Bo Ewing for hacking her through “back-door access” and leaking an unfinished song of hers. Ewing has agreed to a court order that restricts him from distributing any more content from the country singer. He also agreed to identify the people he shared the illegal files with, however, those names have not been disclosed. Ballerini’s attorneys said, “Hacks like this substantially diminish both performers’ and labels’ ability to realize the full benefits of the release.” The singer’s recent album, ‘Subject to Change,’ was released in 2022. Since then, she has worked with Little Big Town on the song ‘Shut Up Train.’
