Knoxville CAC to host senior job fair
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – It’s fairly common to hear about seniors looking for jobs, but one Knoxville group is putting on a job fair that isn’t for high schoolers.
The Knoxville Community Action Committee, or CAC, is set to host the event for anyone over 50 years old next week. It’ll give seniors an opportunity to talk with prospective employers and vendors looking to hire older adults.

The fair is set for Wednesday, May 8 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the O’Connor Senior Center at 611 Winona St. Those interested are asked to bring copies of their resume.
