Louis Vuitton Opens Luxe Temporary Flagship in New York City
While the Louis Vuitton store on Fifth Avenue undergoes a multi-year renovation, the brand has just unveiled a luxe new flagship on 57th Street, which is the biggest Louis Vuitton space in the U.S. so far. This store includes the American debut of a Louis Vuitton café, a chocolate shop, a new global culinary concept, and an exclusive capsule collection of keepsakes.
Across five floors, shoppers are exposed to the maison’s extensive culture, with striking installations and displays of the label’s clothing, leather goods, luggage, and more. Not to mention, there is a taste of French cuisine at the Le Café Louis Vuitton, where chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric crafted a unique experience in partnership with local young talents to create a menu of “luxury snacking.”
To celebrate the store’s opening, Louis Vuitton held a star-studded party on Thursday night, where guests including Ana de Armas, Este Haim, Martha Stewart, and Bradley Cooper were in attendance. You can visit the space at 6 East 57th Street now.
David and Sybil Yurman Tell Their Story in New Retrospective Photobook
Arriving on November 19, Sybil and David Yurman: Artists and Jewelers is a new photobook that tells the story of the co-founders of David Yurman, and how they came to build one of the most successful luxury jewelry brands in the U.S.
Over five decades ago, the pair simultaneously fell in love and became business partners, with the intention of crafting beautiful objects for people to wear. Their backgrounds in sculpture and painting brought an artistic sensibility to the brand that has helped to make it timeless.
Now, across more than 350 pages, this new book offers rare photographs of the family, their original design sketches, portraits of the brand’s jewelry, behind-the-scenes moments, and so much more. You can pre-order the book here.
Kourtney and Kim Channel Vintage Italian Glamour for Dolce & Gabbana x Skims
Skims has become known for the starry slew of guests it recruits for campaigns, but for a new shoot, the brand turned inward, using founder Kim Kardashian and her older sister, Kourtney, as the muses.
The famous siblings channeled vintage Italian glamour in a campaign shot by Nadia Lee Cohen, which celebrated a new limited-edition collaboration between Skims and Dolce & Gabbana.
“It’s been an honor to collaborate with my friends Domenico and Stefano on this special collection for Dolce & Gabbana and Skims,” Kim said in a statement. “We’ve taken classic Dolce & Gabbana silhouettes and leopard prints and reimagined them with the incredible fit and comfort that Skims is known for. This is a truly iconic partnership that I’m so excited to share with the world.”
Meanwhile, Domenico and Stefano added, “We hold a genuine affection for Kim and her family… our shared bond, rooted in a long-standing friendship, naturally inspired this new collaboration centered on inclusivity and body positivity – values close to our hearts and core to Skims.”
You can shop the new collab, which goes on sale at 9 a.m. on November 19, here.
Charli XCX Continues Her Fashion Takeover as New Face of Acne Studios
From Skims to Valentino Beauty, and even with her latest streak of street style, Charli XCX is quickly proving herself as the next fashion girl to watch. Now, she’s just been named the new face of Acne Studios.
Shot by Talia Chetrit, a new campaign sees Charli wearing a number of pieces from the brand, like splatter-painted pants and sleek blazers, while showing off finely-crafted bags from the latest collection, such as the Multipocket and Bowlina bags.
Acne Studios actually provided looks for the singer’s recent Sweat Tour, and she opened up about their relationship in a statement, saying: “I’ve been wearing Acne Studios forever in my personal life and the brand has become a really important part of this album, too. I was wearing Acne Studios whilst I was writing this record and I’ve been wearing Acne Studios on stage throughout my tour. Their clothes are effortless and cool and always make me feel confident. It’s a dream to work with the Acne Studios team.”

Emma Corrin Models for Miu Miu’s 2024 Upcycled Project
Emma Corrin has easily become one of Miu Miu’s biggest muses, and so it wasn’t a huge surprise to see the Deadpool & Wolverine star leading the label’s Upcycled 2024 campaign.
This is the fifth iteration of the brand’s Upcycled Project, which aims to represent the house’s dedication to sustainability and circular design practices. The 2024 project is part of Miu Miu’s holiday collection, and it is broken up into four distinct categories: leather, kilts, yarn, and embroidery.
Photographed by Lengua, Corrin models these pieces in colorful shots that highlight the rich textures and history-winking pieces that make up this new collection. You can shop Upcycled here on Miu Miu’s website.
