Laredo Chamber of Commerce hosts ‘Vision 24′ conference for local businesses
LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – Laredo’s business landscape came together as the Chamber of Commerce welcomed entrepreneurs to a dynamic event.
Over the past two days, the Laredo Chamber played host to the Vision 24 Conference at Laredo College, drawing business owners eager to network and stay informed of industry developments.
This conference provided a platform for local businesses to tap into the wisdom of leaders and experts across various fields. Notable speakers included Laredo Mayor, Dr. Victor Treviño, and City Manager, Joseph Neeb, who shared invaluable insights during discussions on the “State of the Business Community.” These discussions covered essential topics such as economic trends and global affairs.
Joseph Neeb, Laredo City Manager, emphasized the city’s rapid growth trajectory. He stated, “I think that everybody talks about the growth that happens in Laredo, but it is happening at a faster and faster rate, and we anticipate that’s going to continue for the next five to ten years. I think that’s why it’s so important to get our infrastructure caught up because that is what kind of slows business down a little bit.”
Attendees left with practical tips to grow their businesses and help the local economy.
