Leaked GTA 6 Image, Reportedly from Rockstar’s Own Office, Surfaces

A reputed former Rockstar employee with no fear for the consequences has seemingly leaked an image of Grand Theft Auto 6. More brazen still, the image appears to have been taken inside the developer’s San Diego office; it’s also allegedly three-and-a-half years old, a low-res image of the apparent protagonist, Lucia, standing by a wall.

Eurogamer has been following this rather bizarre story, which just goes to show how fearful we should all be when it comes to Rockstar’s litigious parent company, Take-Two Interactive. I think it’s been long enough that I can post this.” The tell-tale presence of official console dev kits (as well as the general layout of the office, according to Eurogamer) marked “SAND” suggests that this image originated from Rockstar San Diego. The studio most recently released Red Dead Redemption 2 but worked in support of Grand Theft Auto V during development, and it makes sense it would help out with the anticipated sequel.
