Leaker Shares Color Details Of The Upcoming Galaxy S25 And Galaxy S25 Plus, Contradicting Previous Reports
Samsung is gearing up to unveil its Galaxy S25 series. Many reports have claimed it is happening in January, with the latest one predicting a January 22nd date for the release. While the launch window is not far off, the rumor mill seems to be churning in full swing and giving away some key details regarding the upcoming lineup. Previously, an analyst shared the lists of the new series color names. But now a leaker has presented another list that, although it shares similarities with the analyst, does have some differences, especially for the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25 Plus.
Evan Blass shared a list of the colors for the Galaxy S25 series and suggested the standard models will have different color names
Earlier in November, Ross Young shared the expanded list of Galaxy S25 series colors and added some new ones to the already revealed list. The added list included colors that would be coming in lower volumes, which include Coral Red, Pink Gold, and Blue/Black for the S25 and S25 Plus. For the S25 Ultra, it will be Titanium Blue/Black, Titanium Pink/Silver, and Titanium Jade Green.
Now, Evan Blass, a well-known tipster, shared his list of the color names on X via Android Headlines. While the two are more or less the same, Blass suggests that different Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus color names would be used. The list that he suggested focuses more on widely available options instead of the lower-volume ones and mentions specifically Blue, Mint, Navy, and Silver Shadow for the S25 and S25 Plus.
If we compare this with the color names shared by Ross Young in his extended list, the two seem to vary as he suggested for the Galaxy S25, there would be Moon Night Blue, Sparkling Blue, Silver Shadow, and Sparkling Green, while the S25 Plus would be coming in Midnight Black, Silver Shadow, Sparkling Blue and Moon Night Blue. Since both analysts have generally offered reliable information, we are not certain what to follow, although both shared the same list for the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
We will gain more clarity on this aspect and other specifications as the Galaxy S25 series approaches its launch date. Based on recent rumors, we expect the lineup to be released soon and for Samsung to stick to its usual timeline.
