The first phase, due in 2029, will feature 450 hotel rooms, 575 apartments, and 96,000ft² of retail space designed for a variety of food, beverage, and shopping outlets.

The company’s previous domestic projects encompass The Star in Texas, Legacy Union in Charlotte, The Rock at La Cantera in San Antonio, and The Point near Salt Lake City. HKS, tasked with designing the stadium and the master plan, has a portfolio that includes SoFi Stadium and Bank Stadium.
Situated 15 miles from downtown Cleveland, the Brook Park site is well-positioned to serve as a regional entertainment hub, accessible from major cities such as New York City, Washington, D.C, and Chicago.
Lincoln’s Midwest operations executive vice-president Peter Kelly said: “Lincoln is working with the Browns and Haslam Sports Group to develop a well-thought-out and compelling vision for a live/work/play destination to complement the new Huntington Bank Field planned for Brook Park.
“The economic impact that this entire project will bring to Northeast Ohio is unmatched – the mixed-use development alone is expected to generate $1.2bn annually and create more than 3,300 permanent jobs for the region. Northeast Ohio deserves a vibrant development like this, which will engage residents and visitors alike.”
