Lincoln Property selected as development partner for Ohio entertainment district

Lincoln Property has been selected as the development partner for the Cleveland Browns’ new entertainment district in Brook Park, Ohio, US.

The 176-acre project, designed by HKS, will be centred around a new enclosed stadium for the National Football League team.

The development will include a 67,000-seat stadium, 300,000ft² of retail, two hotels, 1,100 apartments, and 500,000ft² of office space.

The first phase, due in 2029, will feature 450 hotel rooms, 575 apartments, and 96,000ft² of retail space designed for a variety of food, beverage, and shopping outlets.

Additionally, it will introduce 137,000ft² of experiential retail, incorporating a team store and other retail concepts aimed at fostering year-round community engagement.

Lincoln Property’s sports division, established in 2003, will utilise its experience in developing sports and entertainment facilities to execute the project. The company currently manages $7.4bn in mixed-use developments, including 8,000 multifamily units, which are either complete or under construction.
