New York, NY – November 1, 2024 – Sony Music Entertainment’s Global Podcast Division today announced that award-winning fashion and beauty podcast Lipstick on the Rim with Molly Sims and co-host Emese Gormley will join its growing slate of premium podcasts. 

Since launching in 2021, Lipstick on the Rim has invited listeners to join Sims and Gormley each week as the two best friends dive into the latest beauty, wellness and fashion trends. From questions about Botox to discussions on the newest diet fads to breakdowns of the latest runway looks, Lipstick on the Rim serves as an open and honest forum that continues to bring back loyal listeners every week. 

Driven by her quest for accurate information about women’s health and beauty, Sims embarked on a journey as a naturally curious truth-seeker. Having faced challenges in finding reliable experts and doctors to shed light on her health concerns, often turning to her girlfriends for advice. This included addressing skin issues like hyperpigmentation and hormonal imbalances, which she learned to manage over time. Recognizing the need for more educational resources led by women, Sims launched Lipstick on the Rim to carve out a sanctuary for women, where wisdom, and guidance on beauty, wellness, and life intertwined seamlessly. Through this podcast, Sims created a nurturing community, a virtual embrace where every woman could bask in support and be emboldened to embrace their individuality and chase her beauty and wellness dreams. In recognizing the power of her platform, Sims seized the opportunity to ignite essential dialogues and amplify important conversations, championing body positivity, instill self-assurance and confidence within her cherished audience.

In partnership with Sony Music, the duo will continue to host engaging guests each week to provide the latest scoop, ranging from top health and beauty experts to their industry friends. Up next, award-winning actress, writer and entrepreneur Jennifer Garner will join Sims and Gormley on the November 12th episode for a wide-ranging conversation around motherhood, her incredible career and how she has remained positive while navigating recent obstacles in her life. 

Lipstick on the Rim will also soon be launching additional episodes exclusively for subscriberscreating more opportunities for loyal listeners to receive inside access into Sims’ and Gormley’s lives.
