Lisa And Rosalía’s Friendship Is Fashion Heaven

Lisa and Rosalía’s budding friendship is one of our favourite things to come out of this summer. Just last week, the two singers linked up and released a new song together, titled “New Woman,” which is a certified bop – and, needless to say, the music video fashions were even better.

Their musical collaboration feels like a perfect fit (unlike the kind of thing you get when two stars who have obviously never met do a song together), and Rosalía even popped into Lisa’s Instagram Live this week. It’s giving true BFFs! Need further proof? Earlier today in Los Angeles, the two stars were spotted grabbing ice cream together, looking impeccably cool and stylish. Their new friendship is basically a form of fashion heaven.

Of course, it’s no secret that the two stars have distinctive personal styles – Lisa favours edgy, structural looks from Celine and Louis Vuitton, while Rosalía is all about embracing the avant-garde in futuristic pieces by Rick Owens or Maison Margiela – but their wardrobes look even better combined. Why have one stellar ’fit, after all, when you can have two? They turned an ice cream run into a runway with two casual-cool ensembles, Lisa wearing a cropped Coperni shirt and denim wrap skirt with a pair of sport kicks, and Rosalía sporting an Eckhaus Latta patchwork knit top, Sandy Liang skirt and kitten heel mules.

Both of their styling approaches prove that they’re true fashion girls, and that they coordinated ahead of time. Isn’t that just what BFFs do?
