Loeb & Loeb Recruits John Kulback as Entertainment Partner

John Kulback rejoined Loeb & Loeb in its entertainment department in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.

Kulback provides legal, business, and strategic counsel to feature film financiers, television and documentary production companies, and digital content creators, the firm said. Additionally, he represents venture capital-backed media technology companies as they scale from early stage into complex and high-stakes corporate and commercial partnerships.

He joins from Autograph, where he was head of business operations and business affairs.
