Look: Florida State’s Doak Campbell entrance among traditions in EA Sports ‘College Football 25’ video game
One of the questions many fans had about the upcoming EA Sports “College Football 25” was whether the game would stay true to unique traditions inside of college football.
YouTuber QJB shared a 20-minute video of his experience playing the new college football game. He played in the “Road to Glory” mode and picked one of the schools with the best gameday traditions in college football: Florida State.

True to a real-time game experience at Doak Campbell Stadium, as the famous FSU war chant plays in the background, the Osceola enters the stadium riding Renegade ahead of the Seminoles players taking the field. In the video, players from Kent State take the field, and then finally, the Osceola plants the spear at the 50-yard line as fans tomahawk chop along with the war chant.
For anyone who has ever attended a game at Doak Campbell or even watched one on television, the video shows promise of the entire scene playing out at a regular college football game.

Doak Campbell Stadium is currently doing heavy remodeling work, which will impact how the stadium will look during the 2024 season and how many fans can attend games. It’s unlikely that the EA Sports game will show any of the construction projects done this season.
However, based on the video showing a game against Alabama and another against Kent State, it is safe to assume the game is set during the 2025 season. The Seminoles open the season at home against the Nick Saban-less Crimson Tide on Aug. 30, 2025, and then are scheduled to play the Golden Flashes ― interestingly, where Saban attended college ― at home on Sept. 20, 2025.
YouTube content creator QJB shows himself as London Bridges II, a defensive back who enters the transfer portal and jumps from the SEC and LSU to FSU in the “Road to Glory” game mode.
