Looking for a job? Healthcare recruitment fair coming to Somerville Jan. 14

SOMERVILLE − Is your New Year’s resolution to get a new job?

A dozen Somerset and Hunterdon County healthcare employers will be at a healthcare job recruitment event 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Jan. 14.

The event, hosted by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board (GRWDB), will be held in the first-floor conference room at 27 Warren St.

Job seekers can pre-register for onsite interviews. Pre-registration is available at bit.ly/416Mscd. Walk-ins are welcome but onsite interviews may not be possible.

Employers who will be at the event include ArchAngels Services in Somerville; Bright Star Care in Clinton; Hackensack Meridian Health/Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead; Hunterdon Healthcare in Flemington; Hunterdongastro.com in Flemington; Matheny Medical and Education Center in Peapack-Gladstone; Right at Home in Hillsborough; RWJ Barnabas Health in Somerville; Spring Point in Somerset; Stonebridge at Montgomery; The Arc of Hunterdon County; and Zufall Health Center in Somerville.

Available job openings include those for registered nurses, medical assistants, licensed practical nurses, home health aides, certified nurse assistants, certified home health aides, pharmacy technicians, companion caregivers, patient care assistants, housekeepers, food service aides, receptionists, scheduling coordinators and more.

The recruitment event is the first in a series of sector-focused job fairs hosted by GRWDB and its partners. Visit thegrwdb.org/calendar/ to see all events.

An upcoming event includes a virtual Mastering the Interview workshop 10-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7.
