Lowcountry high school playoff scores (5/3)

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) –

Baseball

4-A – 3rd game

James Island 8, West Florence 7 – The Trojans stay in the winners bracket and advance to the finals of their bracket to be played at home on Friday

North Myrtle Beach 2, Beckham 1 – The Bengals drop down to the losers bracket and will play an elimination game on Wednesday.

Pinewood Prep 14, Augusta Christian 0

Softball

5-A – 2nd game

Summerville 6, Stratford 1 – The Green Wave advance to the District 7 finals that they’ll host on Wednesday. Stratford will face Conway in an elimination game on Monday.

St. James 4, West Ashley 0 – The Wildcats will host Wando in an elimination game on Monday

Wando 21, Goose Creek 3 – The Warriors keep their season alive and will head to West Ashley for an elimination game on Monday. Goose Creek’s season comes to an end.

Sumter 5, Cane Bay 0 – The Cobras will host Chapin in an elimination game on Monday

Chapin 4, Ft. Dorchester 2

3-A – 2nd game

Gilbert 6, Hanahan 1- The Hawks will face Georgetown in an elimination game on Monday

2-A – 2nd game

Oceanside Collegiate 7, Chesterfield 5 – The Landsharks advance to the District title game that they’ll host on Wednesday

Marion 10, Woodland 0 – The Wolverines will play an elimination game on Monday

1-A – 2nd game

Ashley Ridge 3, Wando 2 F/PK – The Swamp Foxes advance to the Lower State finals and will travel to Stratford on Monday

Stratford 1, River Bluff 0 F/PK – The Knights will host Ashley Ridge in the Lower State finals on Monday

4-A – 3rd Round

James Island 3, May River 1 – The Trojans will host the Lower State finals on Monday against Beckham

Beckham 1, Bluffton 0 – F/PK – The Bobcats will travel to James Island on Monday for the Lower State finals

3-A – 3rd Round

Hanahan 4, Camden 0 – The Hawks will travel to Waccamaw for the Lower State finals on Monday

Waccamaw 1, Philip Simmons 0

2-A – 3rd Round

Oceanside Collegiate 7, Andrew Jackson 1 – The Landsharks will host Academic Magnet in the Lower State finals on Monday

Academic Magnet 2, Bishop England 1 – The Raptors pull off an upset on the road and will head to Oceanside on Monday for the Lower State finals.
