Luka Đukić and Karin Frey Win Dubai Fitness Championship | BOXROX

This past weekend lovers of CrossFit got to experience some of the best athletes competing side-by-side in the United Arab Emirates. Luka Đukić and Karin Frey have won the 2024 Dubai Fitness Championship.

This was Luka’s first competition since his brother Lazar tragically passed away during the 2024 CrossFit Games earlier in August. Although it was the first time that Luka had won the competition, Karin Frey retained her title from last year.

There were 9 workouts programmed for the athletes – one of them titled “Lazar Tribute” in which athletes went through the SkiErg, power snatches, overhead squats, assault bike, handstand walk, and rope climbs.
