Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top cancel Colorado Springs show

The amphitheater announced the cancelation Wednesday evening. According to the post, Johnny Van Zant’s daughter had a sudden emergency illness.

“He has left the tour to be with her while they continue testing, diagnosis and treatment,” the statement read.

Several other performances have also been called off, including shows in Loveland and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
