Man shot, killed at City of Industry business

A man was shot and killed at a business in the City of Industry on Monday, July 15, authorities said.

Around 9 a.m., the victim was working at the business along the 18600 block of Gale Avenue when he was shot several times and killed, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

A person of interest, a former employee at the business, was detained at the scene, police said.

No arrests had been announced, and a motive for the shooting was under investigation.
