Milkshake bar coming to big entertainment venue at Dulles Town Center

We’ve got a few more details on the a huge entertainment venue coming to Loudoun County.

As ‘we’ve been reporting, the growing 810 Billiards & Bowling chain is working on their first location in Virginia. It’s will also be the brand’s first in the DC market.

810 is coming to the Dulles Town Center mall, taking over the lower level of the former Sears department store. We’ve just learned that construction is officially underway. That’s per a mall spokesperson.

It will offer pool tables, bowling lanes, laser tag, arcade-style games, a full restaurant and bar, and more.

We’ve also got more details on a unique sweet shop that will be located inside 810 Billiards & Bowling. It’s called Mean Mugs Milkshake Bar.

The brand — which has six locations so far — all inside 810 Billiards & Bowling locations — will be bringing their sweet concoctions to Loudoun County as well.

“At Mean Mugs Milkshake Bar, we are just a group of friendly people who know how to make a mean milkshake,” the website reads. “Our name was inspired by a beloved family pug named Belle, who may look menacing (all 20lbs of her) but is truly a sweetheart on the inside.”

The menu at Mean Mugs includes a dozen curated crazy milkshakes. One example — The Night Owl made with chocolate ice cream, a chocolate dip with Oreo crumbles, whipped cream, pretzel twists, fudge brownie, and a chocolate drizzle.

Guests 21 and over will also have the option of having a “mugshot” of liquor added to their milkshakes. You can see the full Mean Mugs Milkshake Bar line-up here.

With a project as big as 810, it’s going to take a while to bring it to completion. While construction is underway, we are being told the target for opening at the Dulles Town Center is sometime in the fourth quarter of 2025.
