National Peanut Festival: Entertainment Lineup

DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) – The National Peanut Festival is known for many things: food, rides, and entertainment for the whole family.

The 2024 festival is no exception and features an incredible lineup of performers. Below is a breakdown of concerts throughout the festival.

Wetmore will take the stage November 2 at 7p.m.(National Peanut Festival)

Tucker Wetmore is an emerging country music. His music combines traditional country music with a modern twist. Born in a small town in Washington, Wetmore grew up surrounded by classic country, bluegrass, and Southern rock. His rise to popularity started with his debut single “Wild and Reckless.” His music was recently featured in the blockbuster sequel Twisters.

Wetmore will perform at the All Inn Credit Union Amphitheater November 2 at 7 p.m.

Ashley Cooke is a rising star in country music. Her passion for country music was influenced by the storytelling and emotional depth of the genre. Cooke’s single “Jealous of the Sky” was released in 2020 and launched her into the spotlight. Her debut album “shot in the dark” came out in 2023.

Ashley McBryde is known for her gritty vocals. She’s carved out a space in the country music genre, combining traditional country with a modern edge. Born in Arkansas, McBryde grew up listening to artists like Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, and Johnny Cash. Her song “A Little Dive Bar in Dahlongea” led her to be signed with Warner Music and release her first official album in 2018.

Ian Munsick brings a unique perspective to the country genre, combining traditional country with Western influences. Born and raised in Wyoming, Munsick grew up in a musical family where he often performed in the family band. His breakthrough came with his debut EP, Ian.Munsick, showcasing tracks like “Horses are Faster” and “Long Haul.” His debut album came out in 2021.

Alana Springsteen is a promising new artist who is quickly gaining her footing in the country music scene. Her music takes inspiration from traditional country, modern pop, and rock. She performed at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville at just 10 years old. Her latest EP includes songs like “Zero Trucks” and “California.”

The C.O.T. Band is a Latin band based in Atlanta. They play a mix of salsa, merengue, funk, and jazz. Willie Ziavino formed the C.O.T Band with Juan Bonini in 2010.

The C.O.T. Band will be at the Food Court Stage on November 3 from 2 p.m.- 6 p.m.
