Nebraska Realty joins Lincoln County business community

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) – The North Platte Area Chamber and Development Corporation welcomed Nebraska Realty to the Lincoln County business community on Friday.

The 30-year-old real estate brokerage not only specializes in residential but also property management, commercial, farm ranch, and recreational.

According to owner Andy Alloway, their primary goal is to help people buy or sell their homes and to continue building the American dream for families.

“Over the last three decades, we have grown our number one metric is just being able to retain people and treating them well. When we come to work every day, we say how can we make this place better for the people that are here,” Alloway said. “How do we transcend our company so we can make an impact in the lives in as many people as we can and that’s really our goal: our employees, our agents, our clients and the community that we serve. we want to make a difference, and that’s why I think we are one of the biggest realty companies in the country.”

It has taken just over a year for the company to find its perfect location in North Platte, but now, officially cutting the ribbon on Friday, to many, it was worth the wait.

“About a year ago, we had an opportunity with some folks to make an entrance into the market. We had been renting another facility for about 10 months when we found this. This is going to be our emphasis as we grow over the next couple of years. It took us about a year to get here, but it was definitely worth the wait,” Alloway said.

Nebraska Realty has 13 office locations across the state, ranging from Scottsbluff to Omaha. They currently have over 1,000 agents serving Nebraska and surrounding states.
