New businesses coming to Middle Tennessee in 2025
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – As time progresses, Nashville and its surrounding cities continue to grow in population, as do the number of businesses moving into the Midstate.
Several new businesses will be opening in 2025 including the following:
New Stores:
Aldi – A new Aldi is planned to open at 5331 Murfreesboro Road in La Vergne
Chinatown supermarket – The supermarket is expected to open by 2025 in the Antioch area and the project is expected to be completed by 2027.
New bars, breweries and wineries:
Stable Reserve – The distillery, cocktail bar and coffee shop is set to open on historic Main Street in Franklin
New places to stay:
Broken Banjo RV Park – Located in Manchester, TN, the campsite will have waterfalls, caves and more.
Holiday Inn Nashville Airport – Expected to open in January 2025
The Chloe Nashville – Expected to open in January 2025
Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Opryland – Expected to open in January 2025

New Attractions:
Nashville Yards – The Pinnacle music venue is expected to open by February 2025 and will have retail, restaurant and entertainment spaces, a green space with a dog park, pickleball courts, courtyard seating and urban farming.
New Restaurants:
Tim Hortons – Two Tim Hortons will be opening in the Midstate area. The first one will open in Mt. Juliet and the second will open in Donelson.
In & Out – The long-anticipated fast-food restaurant is slated to open its first of two projected restaurants in the Midstate by the fall of 2025 in Franklin.
