New Year’s Eve in Memphis: Here are the 13 best events to help you ring in 2025
As 2024 comes to a close, New Year’s Eve in the Mid-South will offer up plenty of options to celebrate including lots of live music, special concerts and entertainment events.
From local guitar legends to R&B party bands, hard rock veterans to blues favorites and DJs spinning various sounds, there will be a mix of concerts to cap the year.
Beyond the big traditional NYE celebration on Beale, there will be loads of ticketed parties all across the region, from Southaven to West Memphis, Germantown to Bartlett and beyond. Whether you’re looking for a semi-formal cocktail party vibe, a more freewheeling bar scene or a luxe event with VIP offerings, the revelry will come in all forms.

2024 New Year’s Eve Party on Beale

As usual, Beale Street will be the epicenter of music and celebrations in Memphis this New Year’s Eve. There will be plenty of concerts up and down the entertainment district, with tens of thousands of people, spilling in and out of bars and restaurants onto the wide street. Dance under the stars to live performers, including DJ Tree. Then, ring in the new year with fireworks and confetti cannons as the clock strikes 12. To join the NYE party on Beale, you’ll need to be at least 21. New Year’s Eve Concert Celebration at Lafayette’s

Overton Square will offer up plenty of New Year’s Eve activity, and Lafayette’s Music Room promises lots of live music, with a concert bill that will feature an early set by Play Some Skynyrd at 6 p.m. and a NYE-capping performance by Aquanet starting at 10 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. with Vegas-style seating. Cowboy Troy NYE Concert

Ring in the new year with a night of unforgettable music and celebration at Lucky Dog Music Hall & Bar in Southaven. The one and only Cowboy Troy, known for his unique blend of country and catalog of hits, will headline a concert to close out 2024. Truck Patch will open the show. Gather your friends and grab a glass of champagne to ring in 2025 at the “South’s Grand Hotel” during The Peabody’s annual New Year’s Eve Party. The Party Life: A New Year’s Eve Experience

It will be an East Memphis New Eve Year’s party at the Hilton, featuring live performances in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom with DJ Zoom on the 1s & 2s. The famed blues club on Beale is celebrating the new year in style with a VIP three-course dinner, party favors, a champagne toast at midnight and live music all day and night from the Jason Foree Band, Ashton Riker & The Memphis Royals and B.B.
