NFL Films Release Erik Kramer Feature on Fox Sports One – NC State University Athletics

NFL Films, a series that gives audiences a unique perspective on the heroes and personalities of the NFL, have announced their next project on former Wolfpack quarterback Erik Kramer.

The film will air on Fox Sports One three times, with the first being the premiere on Wednesday, December 18^th at 1 a.m., followed by Friday, December 20^th at 7 pm and Tuesday, December 24^th at 7:30

 

The film will share the triumph and tragedy of former Lions and Bears quarterback, Erik Kramer. The story of his improbable rise to football fame, his bout with depression, and his miraculous recovery following his suicide attempt.

 

In two years at NC State, Kramer appeared in 22 games, passing for 4602 yards and 30 touchdowns. His 4602 passing yards are 10^th all-time in Wolfpack history. In 1986he was named ACC player of the year and MVP in the Peach Bowl.
