Niagara Scenic Tours is expanding its premium motorcoach offerings in upstate New York with the acquisition of Star Travel and Tours, a Rochester-based motorcoach company founded in 1992.
The deal, announced on Sunday, includes Star Travel’s fleet of five motorcoaches.
Hadley Bos-Fisher, president of Niagara Scenic Tours, described the synergy between the two companies.
“Their dedication to excellence and passion for creating memorable travel experiences align perfectly with our values,” Bos-Fisher said.
Niagara Scenic Tours operates out of Buffalo, Rochester, and Olean.
The deal ensures continuity for customers, as all bookings for 2025 will be honored. Additionally, employees of Star Travel and Tours will join Niagara Scenic Tours, creating a smooth transition for customers and preserving local jobs.
Niagara Scenic Tours didn’t disclose the deal’s financial details.
Bos-Fisher said the integration would bring enhanced offerings and a continued commitment to high standards.
“We are committed to creating lasting impressions for our customers,” Bos-Fisher said, “and this acquisition allows us to do so on an even greater scale.”
