No injuries reported after travel trailer fire used as residence in Las Cruces
LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — Las Cruces firefighters extinguished a fire that caused significant damage to a parked travel trailer on the East Mesa Monday morning.
The fire broke out around 10 a.m. on the 1600 block of Joshua Court.
When firefighters arrived, they found flames emitting from a travel trailer that was parked adjacent to a mobile home.
Firefighters had the fire under control within about 10 minutes.
Crews searched the travel trailer, that was being used as a residence, and declared it to be clear of occupants.
The fire caused extensive damage to the travel trailer.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
