OZARK, AL (WCSC) – Another season and another championship for the North Charleston Dixie Majors baseball team.

The squad won 2 games on Wednesday to win the Dixie Majors World Series being held in Ozark, Alabama.

After losing their game on Tuesday night, North Charleston had to win twice on Wednesday to claim the championship. They took on the hosts Ozark in game 1 and a 2 run homer from The Citadel’s Landon Khal was the difference in a 3-1 victory.

In the championship game, North Charleston would score runs in the 4th, 5th and 7th innings to earn another 3-1 win, this time over the team from Camden, Arkansas.
