Number 1 in the WPRA World Standings competes in North Dakota Rough Rider Cup

MANDAN, N.D. (KFYR) – The number one contestant in the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association’s Pro Rodeo World Standings competed in the North Dakota Rough Rider Cup.

Leslie Smalygo was born in Great Falls, Montana, but spent most of her childhood in Enderlin, North Dakota. She said she has been doing barrel racing her whole life and previously showed horses.
