NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Along With Other RTX 50 Series GPUs Surfaces On ZOTAC Website, Confirms 5090 With 32GB VRAM

ZOTAC has prepared for the upcoming NVIDIA Blackwell gaming GPUs, as recently seen on the website. Four variants can be seen as early listings, but the complete specifications haven’t been leaked except for some key details.

The RTX 5090 is confirmed to be a 32 GB card, RTX 5090D, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5070 spotted as well

Sometimes PC hardware manufacturers may ‘mistakenly’ reveal information that shouldn’t be there before the actual time of launch. However, these things happen quite frequently, which is why now we have the information about the upcoming NVIDIA’s ZOTAC RTX 50 series GPUs.

Unfortunately, we weren’t too quick to get this information, as now ZOTAC has removed the traces completely. Videocardz captured the screenshot, confirming the key details about the upcoming GPUs. As spotted on the navigation menu, the drop-down menu briefly revealed some of the upcoming SKUs belonging to the RTX 50 series.

These were the RTX 5090, RTX 5090D (for the Chinese market), RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5070. We have reported about their specifications multiple times but since nothing has been confirmed from the major sources, this might be one of the first times when some of the key specs have been revealed and confirmed.

From another screenshot, we could see that ZOTAC added the “GDDR7” option in the filter menu, which now has been removed. Secondly, it also added the “32GB” memory option in the filter menu, which confirms that the RTX 5090 will indeed have 32 GB of VRAM. Both these options are now hidden from the front end.

The RTX 5090 will be the flagship GPU in the Blackwell series, upgrading the VRAM from 24 GB to 32 GB compared to the RTX 4090. However, other GPUs aren’t getting a memory upgrade except for the RTX 5070 Ti, which takes over the RTX 4070 Ti by 4 GB higher VRAM capacity. The RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti weren’t available on the site, which could be because the GPUs are set to launch later.

Both these GPUs will feature the same GB206 die but will differ in RAM capacities, as we have reported today. One should expect the first batch of NVIDIA Blackwell RTX 50 series GPUs to launch at CES 2025, for which the company has already started preparation, but the RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti will probably launch in late February or Early March 2025.
