Oceania Cruises Launches New Sales and Marketing Tool For Travel Advisors
Oceania Cruises is launching a new tool for travel advisors.
Called Oceania Insider Connect, the technology from Approach Guides is designed to help boost advisors’ sales and marketing efforts. It follows on the heels of the successful launch of similar tools for sister brands Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL Connect) and Regent Seven Seas Cruises (Regent Connect).
“As we prepare for further growth with the addition of our eighth ship, Allura, launching next summer, this tool will support our travel partners and our mutual success,” says Jason Wirth, vice president of international sales for Oceania Cruises.
The tool offers co-brandable marketing pages that showcase Oceani’s itineraries, destinations, ships and promotions; it also offers a co-branded website with real-time pricing and availability to help drive actionable leads directly to advisors.
Oceania Insider Connect also uses artificial intelligence (AI) to suggest social media posts and emails to clients. It also creates dynamic QR codes that link to an advisor’s website.
