ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A St. Charles County man is facing two felony charges after police said he was caught taking pictures up the skirts of multiple women inside a store.

Kevin Clayton, 31, is charged with two counts of felony invasion of privacy. Prosecutors requested his probation be revoked, adding he was on probation for the same offense stemming from an incident in Lake Saint Louis in 2021.

According to police, on Sunday, a 911 caller told police she witnessed a man inside a Dollar Tree store on Highway K taking inappropriate pictures of women while they were shopping. When police arrived, Clayton had left the scene, but police said a detailed description of him and his car led officers to find and arrest him.

During a subsequent investigation, police said more than 200 photos and videos of different women were discovered on Clayton’s phone.

Clayton’s bond is set at $20,000 cash, no 10%. If he posts bond, he must wear a GPS monitor under house arrest.

Online court records show that in 2021, Clayton was charged with invasion of privacy in a similar incident but was sentenced to five years probation in January 2024.
