A Global Talent Barometer report reveals that 35% of workers, and nearly half of younger employees, are considering changing jobs in 2025, driven by stress, limited career growth, and lack of training opportunities.
Despite 80% of global workers finding meaning in their jobs, 49% report daily stress, and 59% haven’t received skills training in the past six months. Remote and hybrid workers report better work-life balance, while middle managers and frontline workers face the most stress.
In the U.S., optimism remains higher, with strong values alignment and above-average wellbeing scores, but workers are increasingly prioritizing growth, balance, and purpose in their career choices.
