When it comes to pulling off a look, few can do it like Rihanna can.

The Fenty business mogul makes even the most statement-making pieces seem totally effortless: layering a nightgown with a baseball jersey, toting around a red fur stole, and wearing furry archival couture for a fashionable night out. Rihanna was spotted with A$AP Rocky in Beverly Hills, where she embraced a more casual off-duty vibe for a day of shopping. Her laid-back ensemble included a sporty zip-up jacket, black shorts, and a massive tan fur coat—the latter of which did most of the heavy lifting, sartorially speaking. It was truly her choice of shoes, however, that had us doing a double take.

On foot, RiRi wore an eye-catching pair of Crocs, though hers were naturally an exclusive, fashion-forward pair. The chunky black rubber shoes, embellished with pearl and spike studs, were created as part of a collaboration with Simone Rocha. She paired the footwear with scrunched ivory socks, and finished off her on-the-go look with black shield sunglasses and a few bobby pins holding her flowing black hair back.

Rihanna wasn’t alone in delivering her bold shoe moment. By her side, A$AP Rocky kept comfortable in black sweats, styling them with a pair of gorp-adjacent black Puma sneakers and white ruffled socks.
