Palmetto Sports & Entertainment to live broadcast Citadel vs Wofford

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – WHNS and Gray Media are proud to announce the brand new Palmetto Sports & Entertainment network will broadcast The Citadel at Wofford football game LIVE from Spartanburg this Saturday, Nov. 16 at 1:30 p.m.

Viewers in the Upstate of South Carolina, Western North Carolina and Northeast Georgia will be able to watch the Southern Conference battle LIVE over the air on WHNS 21.2 using an antenna or on Spectrum channel 195.

“We are so pleased to be able to serve local sports fans with coverage and LIVE games with teams in South Carolina.” said WHNS Vice President and General Manager Bryce Caldwell. “The game between the Bulldogs and Terriers is a terrific way to start this new network with a bang. Palmetto Sports & Entertainment carries Clemson All Access Mondays at 7 p.m. 52 weeks a year. The show covers all Clemson sports and tells unique stories about the Tigers’ program. In addition, the new network carries Gamecock Football with Coach Shane Beamer Tuesdays at 7pm. Viewers will also enjoy “classic games,” broadcasts of some of the best games from yesteryear provided by Raycom Sports.

This network is free over the air and also will carry several NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes games, the Greenville Triumph Soccer Club along with other pro soccer teams in the state, minor league baseball in South Carolina and a variety of other programming of interest to sports fans living here.
