Panthers OLB Jadeveon Clowney, 3 others out from Thursday’s practice

For the second straight day, the Carolina Panthers have listed outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney as a non-participant in practice.

The 11th-year veteran was held out of Thursday’s session due to a knee injury. Clowney, who is in his first season with the Panthers, has recorded 30 combined tackles, 2.5 sacks, five quarterback hits and a team-high 27 pressures through nine games in 2024.

Also out were wide receiver Jalen Coker (quadriceps) and tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders (neck). Head coach Dave Canales told reporters on Wednesday that he does not expect the rookie pass catchers to be ready for Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
