SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – This weekend at the Century Center, you can measure your height in LEGOs, with life-sized models on display for this year’s Brick Fest Live.

The event features live family entertainment with hands-on attractions and activities to inspire and educate.

Attendees will be able to meet contestants from the “LEGO Masters” TV show, create mosaic art, race at the famous 35-foot-long track, and so much more.

While LEGOs might be toys, organizers say it’s a fun event for all ages.

“Brick Fest Live is a great event because LEGO is really a toy for all ages and all kinds of brain type,” said CJ Donovan, executive show producer for Brick Fest Live. “Some kids like to follow sets, they follow the directions, they put a set together. Other kids like to free build out of their own imagination, so it kind of hits all the sides of the brain. LEGO has been around for so long; I played with it when I was little, my kids play with it, my dad played with it. So, it kind of transcends generations, so it makes it a great family event.”

If you didn’t make it out on Saturday, you can still make your way to the Century Center on Sunday. Brick Fest Live will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information and to purchase your tickets, click here.
