Police: man arrested after making threats in southeast Minot business
MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – A man was arrested Monday at a southeast Minot business on reports the man was arguing with a customer and threatening to kill other customers, according to police.
Minot Police say they received the report around 11:45 a.m. of a man acting disorderly at the business.
When they arrived, they found the 40-year-old man arguing with a customer, and police say the man refused to comply with officer commands when officers intervened.
Police arrested the man who they say will face seven counts of terrorizing, as well as prevent arrest/discharge of other duties, both C-felonies.
The department says no one was hurt, it was an isolated incident, and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
