Police: Multiple businesses broken into in North County overnight

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Police are investigating after at least six businesses were broken into overnight in north St. Louis County.

According to police, the following businesses were broken into:

  • Qdoba – 14039 New Halls Ferry Road Building A, Florissant, MO 63033
  • Subway – 12743 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO 63033
  • Subway – 8444 N Lindbergh Blvd, Florissant, MO 63031
  • Papa John’s – 12735 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO 63033
  • Edible Arrangements – 14035 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO 63033
  • Brennan’s Bar and Grill – 1740 Thunderbird Ave, Florissant, MO 63033

The owner of Brennan’s tells First Alert 4 the thieves broke in less than an hour after they closed up. They were in and out of the business in less than two minutes, taking a register with cash inside, and several bottles of liquor.

“It just makes me aware of things and lets me know that somebody is having a hard time financially, or however,” said Keith Williams, Owner of Brennan’s. “The thing is I’d rather you just come and ask. If I can help you, I’d help you.”

Florissant police are also on the scene of a crash in Dellwood, about five miles south of where the breaking occurred. The suspects from the vehicle ran from the scene, but it is not confirmed they are connected to these overnight incidents.

First Alert 4 will update this story once new information has been received.
