Priscilla Presley Is Suing Her Former Business Partners for Financial Abuse

Priscilla Presley is suing some of her business partners for financial abuse of an elder. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Presley alleges that she’s out more than $1 million because of Brigitte Kruse, who she called a “con artist and pathological liar” in the filings, and others. Priscilla and Kruse began working together in 2021 after the two met through Kruse’s business selling Elvis memorabilia. During their working relationship, Presley claims that companies were formed and business decisions were made that took away 80 percent of the money she made. The business decisions she’s disputing include deals that used her image, a cosmetics company, and her involvement in the 2023 Sofia Coppola-directed biopic Priscilla. In the lawsuit, Priscilla likens their relationship to “a form of indentured servitude.” Elvis’ widow also claims that money was taken from her son, Navarone Garibaldi, and was almost taken from Lisa Marie Presley’s estate after her death in 2023. Presley is seeking over $1 million for damages and wants their business dealings nullified.
