PS5 Slim 30th Anniversary console restock expected in the US on Tuesday | VGC
Sony looks set to release another wave of PS5 Slim 30th Anniversary Limited Edition console bundles in the US this week.
As spotted by billbil-kun, fresh stock will seemingly be made available on Tuesday morning through PlayStation Direct.
“Please check back on October 29th from 9 AM PDT,” reads a post on the bundle’s store page.
The 30th Anniversary Edition Bundle comes with a grey PS5 Slim Digital Edition console and DualSense controller, as well as various extras also designed to pay homage to the original PlayStation.
Price at $499.99, it’s set for release on November 21. There’s currently no official word on plans for a restock in Europe.
PlayStation’s 30th Anniversary Collection, which also includes a grey PS5 Pro console, was announced last month.
Initial pre-orders for the sought-after consoles were snapped up quickly, and many are now being listed by resellers at huge mark-ups ahead of their release.
Sony is also releasing limited edition versions of the PlayStation Portal and DualSense Edge controller.
And it will launch PS5 Pro on November 7, with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $699.99 / £699.99.
