Riata Center announces 2025 Business Plan Competition finalists – Oklahoma State University

The Riata Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship kicked off Oklahoma State University’s
2024-25 winter break with exciting news for student entrepreneurs.

The center announced Tuesday the finalists in the annual Riata Business Plan Competition.
These students will present their ventures in an elevator-pitch format Jan. 24 to
a live audience, receive expert feedback and have the opportunity to win thousands
of dollars in scholarship money.

Open to OSU students of all majors, the competition promotes entrepreneurship and
small business development by showcasing student created, managed and owned ventures.
Each entry competes in one of four tracks: Main Street Lifestyles, Social Enterprise,
Big City High Tech or Rising Entrepreneur, which is geared toward previous Business
Plan scholarship recipients regardless of track.

In the first round, students submitted executive summaries of their ventures.

The following participants advanced to the finals.

Main Street Lifestyles
