B-Quik is building its fourth local store next to the Benny’s car wash off Lee Drive.

The goal is to have the 5,000-square-foot convenience store open by the end of the year, said Justin Alford, who co-owns Benny’s and B-Quik.

The store will be similar to the B-Quik on Perkins Road, but with self-service checkouts and a larger drink cooler. There will be six gas pumps, and the store will offer discounts to members of the Benny’s car wash club.

About 30 to 35 people will work at the station.

Guy Hopkins Construction is the general contractor.
