Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. joined Kudlow on Fox Business to discuss Trump’s conviction being the most egregious miscarriage of justice our nation has ever seen and the true verdict happening at the ballot box in November. 

Additionally, Senator Marshall joined a letter to Senate Democrat Majority Leader Chuck Schumer putting him on notice that a growing majority of Senate Republicans will not  move any of Biden’s judicial nominations forward and will actively halt Democrats floor maneuvers and stand strong against the Biden-Harris weaponized government.

“I think the folks back home have never been more fired up. Think about this, the Democrats gave Donald Trump their very, very best shot. We woke up this morning, and Donald Trump is up a touchdown. He’s up six points. He raised $34 million overnight. That’s a million dollars for every false charge. And the folks back home realize that November fifth is the day that matters. November fifth is the day of the verdict.”
