Shopping center in Lower Macungie sold for .4M

L. MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. – A shopping center in the Lehigh Valley has been sold.

Shepherd’s Corner at 5585 Hamilton Boulevard in Lower Macungie Township was sold for $5.4 million to a person represented by Robbie Stephens of ERA Rudy Amelio, according to a news release from Colliers, a diversified professional services and investment management company.

The 9,512-square foot, six-tenant center is 100% leased to a roster of franchise tenants on net leases with base rent escalations and terms that do not expire until 2032, Colliers said.

Neighbors in the commercial corridor include Whole Foods, Costco, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, DSW, Giant, Home Depot, Burlington, Air Products HQ, Members 1st HQ, PetSmart, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Top Golf and Raising Cane’s, according to the news release.
