A new long-term lease has been signed within Throggs Neck Shopping Center at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway in Throggs Neck, The Bronx. The lease was signed with SNIPES, a sneaker and streetwear retailer, for 6,854 square feet within the complex. The shopping center was built by Simone Development Companies in 2010.
Throggs Neck Shopping Center boasts 300,000 square feet of leasable space, along with 625 surface parking spots. Other tenants beyond SNIPES include Target, TJ Maxx, and Petco.
“SNIPES, with 750 locations across the U.S. and in Europe, is a welcome addition to this thriving retail development,” said Josh Gopan, vice president of leasing for Simone Development Companies. “The Throggs Neck Shopping Center offers an easy one-stop shopping experience and continues to be a sought-after location for top national, regional, and local retailers.”
Throggs Neck Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Lafayette Avenue and the Hutchinson River Parkway.
