Because of this, the National Weather Service has placed locations to the West underneath a Winter Weather Advisory. That remains in place through 3 PM tomorrow due to snow showers lingering on through tomorrow afternoon. These locations will also have a greater chance of sustaining as all snow because of how temperatures will progress by the afternoon.

Highs this afternoon will vary by location into the low to mid 30s. Going hour by hour for you, snow arrives by lunchtime hours. A rain snow line sets itself up in locations in far southern Aroostook cutting down on totals. Snow showers continue to move through the region extending through the late evening hours.
