But in perhaps her most unique endeavor yet, Vergara is bringing her business savvy to the coffee space, with a label that pays homage to the star’s Columbian roots — and deep love for quality coffee. Aptly named ¡DIOS MÍO! Coffee — which literally translates to “Oh my God” in English — the brand is a flavorful delight for coffee connoisseurs. It’s also a vehicle for celebration — not only of Vergara’s identity, but also of the women working to make Columbia’s coffee culture something truly remarkable.

“¡DIOS MÍO! Coffee is a love letter to Latina women, and the goal of the brand is to spotlight the female growers that create our special blends,” Vergara tells PS. The name of each blend pays tribute to Vergara’s favorite qualities and characteristics of Colombian Women: Sweetness (Light Roast), Balance (Medium Roast), and Strength (Dark Roast). Per Vergara, each bag is designed to tell a different story, all while showcasing her commitment to “promoting Latin culture.”

“Colombian coffee comes with generations of expertise in sustainable farming and a very meticulous process to ensure the highest quality,” she says. “The flavor profile is very distinguished with bright acidity and notes of fruitiness, caramel, and chocolate which sets it apart from other blends.”
