Sony Interactive Entertainment Announces Two New CEOs

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) will usher in a new era of leadership as it appoints Hermen Hulst and Hideaki Nishino as dual CEOs, following the retirement of former PlayStation chief, Jim Ryan. The new structure will be effective from June 1, 2024. 

Hulst, presently serving as SVP and Head of PlayStation Studios, will command SIE’s Studio Business Group. Known for his innovative work across PlayStation consoles and PCs, and his foray into new formats through PlayStation Productions, Hulst will now be in charge of the development, publishing, and business operations of SIE’s first-party content.
